Ballet Stretching

Ballet requires a certain understanding of the body and its movements. As dancers, we show shapes and figures with our bodies, which we ultimately call ballet dance.

Our Stretching for Ballet helps us develop this understanding of the body. "Stretching for Ballet" is an interplay of various stretching, strength and coordination exercises, which in turn serves as preparation for ballet lessons. Our goal is to improve and develop physical flexibility and elasticity, as well as to increase range of motion. The Stretching for Ballet also serves to prevent injuries and optimise our musculoskeletal system. Our motto for the stretching class is to connect and harmonise body understanding, comfort and balance.

Misha specialises in the field of sports therapy and structural osteopathy. He is also a recognised stretching instructor.
